From the start of his career, Dr. Nilesh Salgar has been an advocate of learning, always eager to expand his expertise and improve his practice. Over time, Dr. Salgar himself became a presenter, having amassed 30 years of experience, accreditations, and passing what he described as a live-surgery “working interview.”
