Looking back on dental school, Dr. James Harding remembers an unspoken hierarchy among students pursuing different specialties, which limited their interactions with peers pursuing other paths within the profession.
“It's very rare to see general practitioners, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, lab technicians, and other industry players in the same room with so much mutual respect for one another. But that's not the case with DentalXP. You never feel like you're in the wrong room," he said. "The DentalXP founders should be extremely proud of the community they created because it is not a regular experience in our profession at all.”

"After watching webinars on the website, you get to meet those people in person at the symposium. You take notes, learn new things, and then go home and dig deeper into certain categories or take a course on DentalXP that was recommended by a peer during the event.”
