Each system includes an abutment, denture attachment housing, and retention materials for optimal functionality and restorative strength.
Easy Seating for a Secure Fit
Designed for fixed full-arch restorations, the LOCATOR F-Tx system includes a patent-pending attachment that eliminates the need for subgingival cement or screw-access channels, greatly improving esthetics and reducing chair time for hygiene appointments. Featuring a unique, spherical coronal geometry, the LOCATOR F-Tx allows the denture attachment housing to rotate in any direction, accommodating scenarios up to 20º from a common vertical, which removes the need for angled abutments.
Considered by Zest to be the next-generation LOCATOR solution, the LOCATOR R-Tx system features the patented DuraTec coating to reduce the wear of the abutment, and progressive design features that facilitate simple prosthesis alignment and seating. Patented modifications to the denture attachment housing allow it to pivot up to 30º over the seated LOCATOR R-Tx nylon retention inserts. And the dual engaging geometry of the abutment offers a narrower leading edge and taper-like effect, allowing the denture to be easily aligned and securely seated.
Both the fixed and removable attachment systems feature all-in-one packaging that separately holds the abutment and the processing components—containing everything the clinician needs to swiftly complete the attachment phase of implant treatment.

When healthy tooth roots can be prepared for the placement of attachments to retain an overdenture, partial denture, or bridge, the LOCATOR Root Attachment System delivers. With patented dual retention, this self-aligning precision attachment allows patients to easily seat overdentures without the need for accurate alignment of the attachment components. The system includes straight, 10°, and 20° angled posts to accommodate divergent roots, as well as freestanding and cast-to options.
