An ambitious new dentist and practice owner shares her perspective on a growing family of single-shade composites
In just a year of practicing after her graduation from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Salesky became a co-owner at her private practice in Kennewick, WA. She also became certified in Botox and dermal fillers, and published blogs for both the American Dental Association and Tokuyama Dental. She was the president of the American Student Dental Association and is a current member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Benton-Franklin Dental Society.
In high school, Dr. Kaylee Salesky dreamed of pursuing a career in general dentistry and becoming a practice owner. The first person in her family to enter the dental profession, she dove headfirst into the many responsibilities of running a successful practice, which includes choosing which restorative materials to stock on her operatory shelves. Here, she opens up about her transition into practice ownership, as well as the time- and cost-saving benefits of using Tokuyama Dental’s OMNICHROMA family of restorative materials, including OMNICHROMA, OMNICHROMA Flow, and OMNICHROMA Flow BULK.
