Nitrile gloves are known for their exceptional strength and durability and are generally less likely than latex to tear or puncture during procedures, providing better protection against microorganisms, blood, saliva, and other potentially infectious materials. Nitrile gloves also offer superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals commonly used in dental procedures. Their durability and resistance to tearing reduces the need for frequent glove changes during procedures, and a long shelf life ensures an adequate supply of reliable gloves.
Latex or Nitrile? It’s a Personal Choice
