CEREC Blocs C In
CEREC Blocs C In
Dentsply Sirona

CEREC Blocs C In by Sirona Dental Systems LLC is silicate ceramic blocks used to produce crowns with CEREC or inLab. It consists of an inlying, highly-chromatic dentine core and an overlying translucent enamel layer. The one end plane of a block is mounted to a metal carrier that is inserted in the spindles clamping chuck of the grinding machine. The block is grinded to custom made dental restorations using Sirona CAD/CAM systems. It features excellent polishability and outstanding enamel-like abrasion properties of restorations due to the fine microstructure and industrial sintering process. The two layers, upper and layer, allow for a unique naturalness in the restoration. The upper layer of enamel is less intensive and more translucent, while the dentine core layer has stronger pigmentation and less translucent. With CEREC Blocs C In, the exact color selected by the clinician is achieved and can be easily replicated for multiple restoration cases.
