An anaerobic adhesive, PREAT’s Ceka Bond aids in resolving the micro-unthreading problems often encountered with traditional threaded precision attachments, implant abutments and screws, and orthodontic cases, such as the Herbst appliance. Ceka Bond is noncaustic, is not water soluble, and is slow setting, providing an easy solution to cases of minor unthreading. Simply place a small amount of Ceka Bond on the threads before threading into the receptor, then allow it to set for 5 minutes before applying a load.
